Property Tax Payment

With respect to General Revision of Property Tax, it is clarified that Property Tax for the current half-year (1/2022-23) as per the present demand should be paid before 15 April, 2022. New demand as per General Revision for the current half year (1/2022-23), will be generated after the General Revision is notified by Greater Chennai Corporation. The balance amount can be paid by the assessees later. Assessees must pay the current due by April 15, 2022 to avail 5% incentive and avoid penalty. To pay click here
